Since 2016, the Richmond Jazz have been offering families a cost-friendly, fun way to spend a summer evening at the ballpark.

The organization is about to embark on its 8th season and here is a guide to help you enjoy what the Jazz have to offer:

Season opener: Tuesday, June 6, on the road against the Licking County Settlers playing out of New Albany Ohio. First pitch is set for 5:00 p.m.

 

Home opener: Sunday, June 11 vs. the Southern Ohio Copperheads. First pitch is set for 5:05 p.m.

 

Single game tickets: General Admission ($6) Seniors and Kids ($5)

 

Ticket packages: Along with single game tickets, the Jazz offer a wide range of ticket packages, including 12 Game Ticket Plan, 7 Game Ticket Plan, Group Tickets ($5.00-$5.75),

 

Concessions Vouchers for large and small parties.

Promotions: Fireworks (June 30), Merchant Banks of Indiana Baseball Giveaway (July 11), Family Day Sundays, Tenderloin Tuesdays, French Fry Fridays and much more.

 

Menu: McBride Stadium is well-known for the fare offered. Among the notables are an All American Burger, Rowdy's Chicken Club and Baseball’s Best Nachos to include jalapeños, cheese and chili. These items pair with the standard ballpark items such as the McBride Stadium Dog, bratwurst, cheeseburgers, bacon cheeseburgers, hamburgers, nachos, popcorn, pizza and Frozen Treats.
